BC Long form Birth Certificate question

When I recieved my long form birth certificate, it came in an envelope marked do not bend. I am planning on bringing it with my when I leave for Disney today. Can I bend it?

i ordered a copy of my dd long form, and it came folded? I don't see how that would invalidate it

I should have clarified better. I know that all of the forms in each province are different, so I am hoping that somebody with a British Columbia Birth Cert can shed some light on our forms.
