If you're asking for DDP purposes, Beaches and Cream is considered a table service credit, not a counter service. Hurricane Hannah's is poolside at SAB, I guess you could consider that counter service. There's also Beach Club Market Place that serves counter service meals like sandwhiches and salads.
Absolutely! It is less than a five minute walk into the World Showcase!
Beaches & Cream counter service is only ice cream. You have to do TS for the food. There is food outside at Hurricane Hannah's & the food in the Marketplace looked & smelled pretty good.
At the YC, the bar off the lobby serves continental breakfast in the am.
As noted B&C is a tables service restaurant. You can get ice cream or beverages at the little walkup counter through a seperate door. However, only beverages or a Mickey bar count as snacks on the DDP if you're doing that.
