As I am considering of doing BBWWS, but I've got to fussy eaters. How's food there? Kids option? Good? Bad? So so? Worth? Will I have to take my kids for a dinner after the show after all?

Personally I thought the food there was nothing special at all... I believe kids get chicken leg/breast and new potatoes.

Adults is chilli to start and a selection of meats (ribs, sausage, chicken) for main..

Personally, unless you can get it at a special offer (like the 30EUR one we got it at) I wouldn't spend full price on it.

I really wish they would just do a no food option.

thanks for sharing. I'll think about that. Maybe it's better do inventions? Is the show worth seeing it? Fun for kids? Oh, is it loud?

I totally agree with Jonathan. The show is great, fabulous entertainment (you are encouraged to whoop and holler, wave your cowboy hat around, and bang your cutlery on the tables), but the food is at best mediocre, and to be honest, not very much of it was to my taste at all. I quite like barbeque/texmex food, but I didn't enjoy much of my meal I have to say, and my DD ate almost nothing of hers.

If we go again, I will take her to get an Earl of Sandwich, or a McDs, before we go in.

Theres chicken leg with bbq sauce on it, sausage (not sure what kind, but I didn't like it much), spare ribs (also with sauce on it) corn on the cob, and potatoes.

The vegetarian option was cheese-filled tortellini pasta with a cheese sauce over the top, and roasted vegetables (DD didn't like the strong cheese sauce on this).

Adults get chilli in a bowl to start, there is cornbread at everyone's table, and dessert for adults is apple pie and ice cream. I think children can get this too, or a stick ice-cream lolly (but this has nuts on). Coffee or tea is provided for adults, and theres unlimited soft drinks (for the kids) and/or beer for the adults.

Our family is not into tex mex kind of food, so after taking a look at the menu and your comments I understand that not only my boys, but I myself will have nothing to eat. Just the corn bread :lmao: We'll give it a miss.

Thanks.
