BBQ stop on I-24 through Kentucky/Tennessee

DH wants to stop for BBQ on our way down for our cruise in a couple weeks. Can anyone recommend a local place, not far off of I-24, for BBQ? We're still working on our schedule so this might be lunch, dinner or something in between.
