Just writing to say that I'm a bit disappointed with my daughter's recent Bidibibodibibu boutique experience at Disneyworld. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't nearly as magic as the one in Disneyland. BBBB at DW was very much sit down let's do your hair, look at the mirror, walk to the castle, take a photo with Cindarella (with alot of other people) and that's it. Whereas when we did it in Disneyland in 2016, the mirror, when they do the big reveal, is a magic mirror who gave it a wonderful magical effect. The Fairy godmother walked her to the "castle" stopping people on the way saying "princess coming" and everyone was "greeting the princess" and then got her to see all the Princesses privately in different rooms. It was a veeery special experience worth the price. Why such a big difference?

Since the BBB Boutiques are in MK and Disney Springs, I'm going to move this to the Theme Parks board. :)

My daughter did BBB at MK in Nov and we had the magic mirror when she got changed and the fairy godmother walked my daughter across to the castle shouting “princess coming through”. We were lucky that she was in a quaint back room in BBB so it wasn’t just a row of salon chairs and other girls getting their hair done.

Yes the mirror when they get changed is magic but the mirror at the end of the make over it's not, whereas in Disneyland it is. Also because CRT it's so close the whole "princess coming" while walking around the park it's not quite the same.

I haven't done the one at Disneyland, but we recently did the one at the Grand Floridian and it was amazing.
I can't fault the experience at all, my DD3 was fussed over from the second we entered until we left, all day people were chatting with her and she felt like she was a real princess.
