BBB unique dresses?

Does anyone know if the princess dresses sold in the MK BBB are sold in any other stores? I know they are still closed (I think?), but do they sell the same dresses at the Disney Springs or GF locations? Are you able to shop for dresses in any of those shops without a reservation for the service, or are they only open for shopping if you purchase a package? TY!

Yes, there are princesses dresses available at many locations. I believe they’re the same ones available at BBB.
