BBB Tip Envelope

I am looking for a tip envelope for Bibbibdi Bobbiti Boutique....my DD is having the makeover and my DS is having the Cool Dude package.

I would like the type of envelope that I can cut and fold. I had found one for mousekeeping @ pop like that but can't remember where I found it!
