Do you think an 8am ressie will be enough time to do hair and makeup for an 8:35 CRT ressie?

Also, do you tip the FIT? How much? Is there a FIT that does hair and one that does make up? Do you tip both?

We are just getting hair and makeup done....TIA!

I think you'll be OK. You have the first BBB appt. of the day, so they won't be running behind. My DD did BBB at 8 a.m. and was done in about 20-25 minutes. We wandered around and took photos in front of the castle for another 20 min. or so and checked in early for our 9 a.m. CRT ressie.

You might want to nicely mention it to the FGITs when they start... not to rush them, but just so they're aware you have the ADR. We had 2 FGITS, one doing hair and one doing make-up, but I'm not sure if that's always the case. The shop was practically empty the day we were there. The FGITs did not act at all like they were expecting tips, but we did tip them both. I think DH gave them $10 each. That might be a bit excessive, but he didn't have smaller bills, and they really did a fabulous job. Have a great time!

You don't usually get 2 FGIT so it might be a bit of a rush for you. Maybe as it will be 1st thing you might get done a bit quicker but I would certainly mention it when you check in. It is such a nice experience and one you certainly don't want to rush

My dd also had two fairygodmothers (and at some times, three). One did her hair, and the others helped convince her to wear the makeup. She was taken right away, and we were out of there in about 25 minutes. I think you'll be OK, but I would mention your ADR to everyone.

I fully intended to tip the FGM, although I honestly hadn't thought about tipping each of them. Unfortunately, tips are cash only, and I only had about $2 in cash. I thought there was a policy about not-tipping the last time we were there, but that has obviously changed now.

We have done the hair and makeup only package twice, both times took closser to 45 minutes. In November we too were the first appointments of the day and cheked in early. We were the first ones they started. We have had only one FGMIT both times (for 3 kids) and tipped them each $10. I would be a bit worried about the time, but if it is taking longer you are right near the CRT check in, you could go check in and tell them what is going on. There is always a line of people waiting to get their photos taken, you could just check in and be at the end of the line. Have fun, it's a blast (both BBB & CRT). My girils have loved doing it.
