BBB Reservations?

Tomorrow is our 180 days out, so I'm making ADR's. However, tomorrow will be 181 days until we want to book BBB. A couple questions:

1. Can I book BBB at the same time (it would be 181 days)?
2. Is it just a credit card HOLD or is it paid for in advance?
3. If it's just a hold, what amount will be charged to my card at time of making reservation?

It's just a hold, you don't actually pay until you get there. (Unless you are a no show, then I believe you are charged $10.)

And yes, you get 180+10 for BBB just like dining reservations if you are staying onsite.
