Hoping to score BBB reservations for our two girls. We have a Feb trip planned so our 180 mark is less than a week away. To my understanding, ressies are made by phone only. Does is work like the ADR's, meaning I can book at 180+ days(length of trip)? Also, anyone with experience with BBB that can tell me any add'l info? Do they normally run behind schedule or right on time? We have a CRT reservation afterwards so want to make sure we have enough time. Thank you

180+10 just like ADRs.

I have heard they can run behind, but don't know from experience since we only ever did pre park open (8:05 or so) times.

How do you have CRT already if your 180 day mark is still a week away?

Got ahead of myself...Planning to book dinner ressie at CRT. Been checking last few weeks and CRT seems to have decent times available 180 days out. I hope to book a BBB appointment 60-90 minutes before that dinner, would that be cutting too close? Anyway, seems snagging a BOG dinner ADR for our party of six will be the most difficult.

I think 60-90 min may be too close in the evening, in case they are running late. And you dont want to have to rush the photo shoot. Our plan for our next trip is 2:40 BBB reservations, then FP for A&E (4-5), Rapunzel and Cindy (5-6), and dinner at CRT at 5:45. We will try to squeeze Tiana in there too if we have extra time!

Sounds like I need to reconsider my timeframe. Thanks kcpinwdw for the insight.

I would definitely do BBB earlier in the day so your girls get to enjoy being dressed up longer. We got the first apt of the day once and my girls got to open the boutique by saying Bibbidi Bobbidi boo! The rest of the trip everytime we were waiting for any elevator they would say it to try to get it to open. They have done BBB several times but talk about that time the most. It also gave of us the advantage of being in the park ahead of the RD crowds and no wait.

Done anyone know what products are being used at BBB and Pirates and Pals? I called reservations and they only stated that is 'kid approved' but is it free of sulphates, parabens etc!!!! I even asked if I can supply my own hair and make up for them to apply on my daughter and they said NO!
I'm concerned, I've read that the lil girls complain about the itching, too tight and painfull will all these Bobby pins!!!!
My daughter really would love having being made over by a fairy god mother, but if the products are going to be harmful to them, and with the amt of $$$ spent!!!! Idk, second guessing this 'magical transformation'

When I was there on labor day, we waited 40 minutes past the scheduled time for our appointment. I want to say we were scheduled for like 630pm? (in MK). So very behind.

I know there was pixie dust glitter, and a lot of hair gel. One of those small kiddie makeup palettes. My niece didn't complain at all while getting it done or afterwards. They surprisingly don't use that many pins (and she has log curly hair), and they loosen the ponytail before doing the bun. You just can't tell because the excess hair is under the bun. It isn't nearly as tight as it looks.

Thank you very much for your input. Still not sure if I'm going to go through with it, cause I'm unable to use my own products.
