BBB questions?

I've read up on the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and think I'd like to take my 3 1/2 yo DD.
We would be driving from Virginia. So we'd have a car. We'd only plan on doing probably Magic Kingdom for 1 day and stay "off site" using a priceline hotel.
I think the BBB is in downtown disney? I haven't made a reservation yet, I'd plan on doing that tomorrow if possible.
Do you have to be inside the park to be able to go to the BBB? Do you catch the monorail or train to this place?
The plan would be to get the $35 package.
She's really into the princess' now, so I think she would really enjoy this.
We've been to MK several times, and never have done this BBB.

BBB is in Downtown Disney and no you do not need to have any park admission. You can drive to DD- there is plenty of parking as it is open to the general public at all times.

We just got back from a trip and my 6 yr old went and had the $35 package- it was perfect. She wore her own princess dress there and didn't even care about the other parents who were easily dropping $200 on dresses, shoes, accessories....etc. There is also a thread with a whole FAQ on the BBB that is on here somewhere- its really well done with lots of pics. Enjoy!

It is actually inside the World of Disney store in DD - no admission required. We just did this in April and my DDs loved it - they are a bit older, but we saw LOTS of little princesses getting done - they were so adorable. I think it is a wonderful experience and my DDs can't wait to do it again next trip!

In my emailed All Ears weekly newsletter I just got today it says:

... from ALL EARS® Editor in Chief Deb Wills, just back from a weekend trip around the World: I heard a few items of interest from a variety of sources this weekend, which I thought I'd pass along:

"The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique will open a location in the Magic Kingdom in early July."

Does anyone know anything about this? We're going in August and I have reservations in Downtown Disney, ... but the Magic Kingdom would be more convenient...

The MK Castle location opens on September 10th.
