I am taking my daughter age five to BBB for the first time well for the first time to WD also for her my question is this how long will the make up and hair last ? Sorry if this is posted elsewhere we are having this done on Friday at 3 PM but we will not be going to the parks until Saturday morning......will she still feel like a princess ? LOL

I don't have a princess costume for her to wear but I have a white dress with TINKERBELL on it for her to wear that day

Plus she has short hair does anyone know what they do for short hair ? Do you have pictures ? I asked the lady doing reservations about it and she said that they can work magic with any amount of hair.

My 8 yo daughter visited BBB a few weeks ago. Her appointment was at 10 am on a Saturday. We went to the P&P Party that night and got in very late. She had a tiara comb and a Mickey barrette in her hair that we took out before she went to bed, leaving her hair up. When she woke up the next morning her hair still looked suprisingly good. The used a ton of hair gel and spray to hold the hair style. They also gave her the leftover makeup and nails so we were able to do a touch up on the makeup later, during the party. I would think your daughter would still look fine in the park the next day. While we were there I only saw girls with long hair so I can't answer that part of your question. My daughter looked beautiful and loved it!

Thank you for the post. I can't wait to take her and have it done. The tiara and Mickey things did you get them there or take them yourself ?

They told me that hair and makeup were about $49.95 is that right ?

We paid $49.95 + tax for hair, nails and makeup. Hair and makeup is $44.95 + tax. You could choose from 3 different hair styles. The comb and barrette were provided with the hair style. She was shown a palette of makeup and able to choose 2 colors of eyeshadow, 1 lip gloss and they also applied blush. She took the rest of the makeup with her. She could choose between nail polish or press on nails. They give you the leftover polish or a second set of nails. They also let her choose a sticker/jewel decoration for her face and she took home the other 5 or so that were on the card she could choose from. I'm sure your daughter will love it!

My DD (5) had her hair done on a Thursday morning. I finally took it down and washed her hair (took 2 washes!) on Monday evening. For the first 2 days I really didn't have to do anything to it....it still looked very nice. The other days I just spritzed it a bit to hold the fly-aways in. The last day it didn't look so good even with a touch-up, but she wanted one last day (she cried when I had to take it down). Definitely worth the money. BTW, she had the traditional princess up-do bun with tiara. She absolutely loved the whole BBB experience. :thumbsup2

My girls went a few weeks ago. They had a 10 am apt & their hair looked really good for the first 2 days, they wore it one more day & then went swimming under water & that was it! Also the the make up that they take home comes in a pretty purple furry bag: my girls each had a make-up pallet(eyeshadow & lipgloss), 2 bottles of nail polish, & extra face gems. They really did a nice job!!:)

is there an age limit? My 13 yo was expressing an interest in this. And how far in advance do the ressy's have to be made? thanks!

What are we required to bring? When I made my reservation they said I needed to bring her own comb and brush is there anything else?

Thanks!
