BBB - auto gratuity?

Do they add an automatic gratuity to your bill at BBB like they do at the salon? Thanks!

When we did our visit over a year ago, there was no additional gratuity added. I don't know if they were given a percentage of what we paid, but there was nothing additional. When I tried to give a tip, the lovely young lady refused and said that was not allowed in BBB.
