Are reservations for Pirates League and Bibbity Bobbity Boutique 180 days or 180 + 10? TIA!

Yes you can - though I did mine at 180 days out and had no problem scheduling both for a time I wanted. (Doing them at the same time - girls to BBB and boys to PL.)
