BBB and CRT question

I just booked my two daughters for BBB in MK at 11:55am and 12:10pm. I also have CRT reservations for 1:30pm. Will this work?

We will do the Crown package (hair, make up, nails) and we will wear our own gowns.

Questions:

1. Will we be able to make our CRT reservation? I am seeing reports of BBB times that range from 30 min. all the way to 2.5 hours!

2. I am thinking we will save time if my girls already have their gowns on.

3. I am not purchasing the big package that includes the prints, but I am going to get the Memory Maker Photo Pass. So my girls can go to the photo studio to get their pictures taken by the Photo Pass photographers and it will go on our account, right?

4. If we are crunched for time, can we go to eat at CRT and then go back to the BBB Photo Pass place after lunch?

5. How close in proximity are BBB and CRT to each other?

I have a similar time frame. BBB for my twin daughters at 11:50 and lunch at CRT at 1:15. I called BBB twice wondering the same thing and the cast members on two separate occasions assured me we'd be done in time, even if there's a backup. The crown package only takes 1/2 hour. BBB and CRT are right across the hall from each other. Hope that helps.

Perfect. Thank you!!! :) I am just as excited as they are!

Anyone know the answers to questions 3 and 4?

Were those the only times available at BBB? The issue really isn't how long the appointment takes, but how far behind they are the day you are there. You should be fine, but I would personally feel less stressed if I had more time. We loved going in before park opening, then taking photos and doing some Fantasyland rides, followed by lunch at CRT.

No problem at all taking photos at the studio right after lunch. Anyone can do that at any time, even if they didn't go to BBB that day.

I like more time but I imagine it was difficult being you needed 2 appointments. I prefer 2 hours between the start of one and the start of the other. We had 2.5 hours last time. We had time for the photo session and a couple of rides before the meal. I have 3 hours for our trip coming up, but I'm also hoping we can meet Tiana before we do lunch.

My daughter has quite a bit of hair and it's thick. It takes almost 30 minutes to get the bun done. Plus they can get backed up. They do work well with the restaurant though so be sure to let them know when you get there that you have an ADR at CRT and what time the ADR is for. And be sure to check in at BBB at least 15 minutes before your first appointment.

Have fun.

Thanks all! Yes, it was tricky getting BBB scheduled for two at the same time. We are offsite so just 180 days beforehand and the selection of times for both BBB and CRT was not the greatest when I called this morning. This was really the best I could do.

I like the idea of being able to take pictures at the studio after lunch if we are in a time crunch. With that option available, I am feeling pretty comfortable with the timing.
