We're thinking about taking our 2 year old to a water park while at Disney, but don't know which to choose. We've been to both BB & TL before we had a kid so we don't know which one has the best kiddie area. Our DD loves swimming and kiddie water slides. We enjoy water slides and the lazy river! Thanks for your suggestions!

When our DD was 2, we really enjoyed the kiddie slides and play area in BB more than the one at TL. There is a height limit there, so only really small kids can play there. There's also an area for pre-teens that has bigger-kid-sized slides (and a great photo op -- if you put your little one on a floating iceberg and take a picture!).

Also, the big pool at BB has bobbing waves, not the strong surf like the one at TL. Both have nice lazy river rides.

I've only been to Blizzard Beach & I would definitely suggest that one! When we took our son, he was 17 months & LOVED it! I really enjoyed Tikes Peak. For a Friday in June, it wasn't crowded at all! We even did Teamboat Springs. Our son was too short for the chair lift, so we had to walk, but he liked it. He also really enjoyed the Lazy River & we floated around there at least 2 times, maybe 3! I can't compare it to Typhoon Lagoon, but I definitely recommend "The Beach!" :thumbsup2

BB:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

TL is not as good for little ones. The wave pool would knock them off their feet.

Plenty of kids slides etc at BB
