How much is it normally to dine at BB? The PTN package includes app, entree, dessert and drink. Right? Correct me if I'm wrong please :)

If dining on a normal reservation, is an app included? Drink? (I've seen the menu, just curious I guess on what is included)

DH wants to done their out next trip and I want a good spot for the parade. Trying to decide if it's worth it to do the package, or just dine earlier and stake out our own spot.

Also, we are a party of 7. Any chance at waterside for that size? Or are those all smaller tables?

$62 per adult (adult = 9+)

allears says that the entrees come with the house salad or gumbo. And that you can upgrade to some shrimp thing for $7.

I think with the PTN menu you can get the shrimp thing, no upcharge.

We are vegetarian so we got the salad and the portobello dish, and that would have been $30. PTN includes dessert. I can't find a price listing for the desserts (but we never would have ordered it otherwise, and the first 2 bites of the chocolate cake were good and then it just got bleah).

Anyway, I just assumed that the cost of someone saving our spot woudl be $30 pp, and while I kind of hated that, it made DH and DS happy, so there ya go.

But $30 pp is a lot when it's 7 people! LOL I have the reservation, but am torn whether or not to keep it. We don't mind staking out a parade spot an hour or so early, and grabbing our own food to munch on while we wait. We will still dine at BB but maybe it's not worth it for the parade package? You still have to be at parade check in 30-45 mins early from what I can tell.

I'm interested in hearing the answers to your first question too

As for other last question, we were also a party of 7 in December for the fantasmic package. I checked in early for our res and told them we would like a waterfront table. The gentleman checking us in went to check and came back saying he could seat us faster and all together if we were ok sitting one table away from the water. I told him no thanks, we would even be ok splitting the group if we could get waterside. He said ok. When our buzzer went off and we were brought to our table it was one table over . I was a bit disappointed and I'm not sure where the communication was lost, but I didn't mention it since we were hungry and just happy to be there. It was still a great experience. Beautiful and we still had a good view of the water. Plus I'm sure the kids would have whined about who got to sit at the rail lol. Still a little part of me is missing that actual experience. Long story short, I think if you communicate clearly (maybe it was my fault, I don't know) it's possible to sit waterside.
