Do we need to take our own beach towels to BB and TL?

We always do, I believe the other option is to rent theirs.

No, you can rent them there if you want to or, do like most others do and take the hotel towels with you (of course bring them back to the hotel) and save yourself the rental fee. IMO beach towels take up too much room in the suitcases so I either rent or take the hotel towels with me.

The ones they rent though are like bath towels not beach towels. So, we take our own and leave them on our chairs. Nobody has ever disturbed them.

i think we brought ours from the all stars. also my dd when she was a little younger would always want to BUY a new beach towel there- really cute towels to.

We found the rental towels, as well as the disney resort towels to be very rough. Not pleasant if your skin is even a little sunburned! We prefer our beach towels. I did not have a problem packing them. I just did not fold them down too much, so they were not too thick, and placed them at the bottom of the suitcase.
