bayou listed on por ressie

we are going to por in december and i'm sure that when i made the ressie i said bayou section. looking over my confirmation i don't see anywhere that it lists bayou or mansion. for those who have ressie confirmations do you show your prefernce on them - should i call and make sure it is in the computer now or wait till closer to the time. thanks!

If I recall correctly, my ressie did not specify bayou either, and I needed it because I had 6 in the room. We were in the bayou specifically for the trundle bed.

I'm sure it is on the computer. I'd call and confirm and then have a great time.

We loved POR. It is beautiful and the bayou section was so lush and beautiful.

lizzie64 - thanks! I guess I'm just starting to sweat the small stuff! I am really looking forward to seeing this resort, so many people have great things to say about it. I think the next thing to obsess about is the weather - I'm praying for 70's to 80's the whole trip!!

Dreaming -
One thing you might remember is that unless you have 5 people...if you request bayou ... it is just that a request. Unless they have changed, last year they would not guarantee that we would be in the bayou section. They did tell us that if we were not happy with our room location the first night that we could request to change as soon as another room/preferred location was available. Might want to keep that in mind.

Both the mansion and bayou section are very nice. The rooms are identical except in decor. And, the grounds around both are beautiful...just a different theme. I'm sure you will have a blast.
