Bayonet Point Florida help needed!

I have a relative in Bayonet Point(?) Florida that is very sick and we are trying to plan travel arrangements to fly down for the funeral. What airport would be the closest one to fly into and does anyone know of a hotel in that area to stay at? Thanks!

If you give me a little while I will email you with some hotel info...Tampa International AP is the closest. I live 5 minutes from Bayonet Point!!

Thanks...I should have posted an update, I have it worked out so we are flying into tampa and then a relative in St Pete offered to let us stay there so we are going to rent a car and stay there and go to Bayonet Point for the memorial service. He died on my daughters birthday Sat but they are creamating him and doing a memorial thing instead of laying him out etc now....this is the second relative to die on her birthday, an aunt died the actual day she was born.
