Bay Lake Towers

We will be staying at Bay Lake Towers for the first time in December and I have a few questions about check-in. Do we check in at the Contemporary then make our way to the Bay Lake Towers. Do they set you free to find your room on your own? Is access to the Bay Lake Towers? Just wondering since we will be meeting some friends and may have them up to our room.

Yes you check in at the contemporary. They do send you on your own with directions but it is easy to find your way around. You need your room key to access BLT building. Enjoy your stay and check out top of the world lounge it is a great spot to relax.

You go to the first floor at the lobby and show your room key (and sometimes your DVC card) to the cm and they will walk you to the elevator and send you up to the 16th floor.

The BLT is part of the Contemporary Resort even though "BLT is DVC".... to be honest I love the Contemporary Resort so I love this way just fine!
