So getting within a 2 week period of going and I am getting loose ends figured out. We are staying at BLT and was wondering if they had towels for the pool or do we need to pack our own. How about hairblowers? Also do they provide shampoos for our whole stay or do we need to pack that? We will not have daily maid service. Just trying to pack as light as possible. Any more helpful tips from people that have stayed there would be much appreciated. Thank you

There are pool towels and hair dryers. There will only be the small bottles of shampoo, so probably best to bring it.

Bring shampoo. You'll get the same amount of shampoo etc you'd normally get staying on site not in a DVC villa, but with the DVC villas there is no daily maid service so those items are NOT replenished. You can, however, buy more by calling the desk... But you will be charged.

You can also buy full sized bottles of the same shampoo in the resort stores (plus shower gel, conditioner, etc).

Another question--
We are doing a split stay--CB then on to CR-BLT. When checking out of CB, can luggage be stored until we can check into our CR-BLT room? I know other resorts have luggage storage but want to make sure BLT does.

BLT does have it's own check in desk. If you arrive via DME, you will check in at the Contemporary Resort. If you arrive in a personal vehicle, you can check in at BLT. The check in desk is much smaller than CR, so if there are others ahead of you, you might be waiting. Late at night, the doors are locked and you need a magic band or key card to open them.

Explain your plans to Disney - they will have you bring your luggage to the front desk (or they will pick them up from your room, I can't remember) and then they will move them to your new room when it's ready.
