Bay Lake Tour Official Opening

We are planning a trip for October and were wondering if Bay Lake Tower is an option. Is there an official opening date?

BLT is currently scheduled to open 9/1/2009. They are supposed to start taking reservations from BLT owners on 3/1/2009 and non BLT owners on 3/15/2009.

Do you own at BLT? It will be interesting to see how the owner/non-owner availability works out during those first few weeks.

We are a non-owner although it is something I would like to consider when I can afford to buy in. Noticed you have stayed at several villas. Do you have a favorite?
