Because the weather was so beautiful last night we went to Epcot. This was our first time at W&FF this year. Everyone else in Florida went to Epcot last night because the weather was so beautiful. Not all, but a lot of people were obnoxiously drunk and I finally understood why....

1) There are kiosks about every 75-100 feet. I've never seen so many countries respresented. I think I even spotted one from Lichtenstein! (j/k). But - if you plan on downing a beer at every kiosk you will be drunk before you get to France. (going counterclockwise-and except Al)

2) I saw there is a drinking package available now (only Disney could come up with this). Most beers are $6-$8, but at some kiosks you could purchase a special package. 4 international beers for $12.00. I couldn't get in close enough to read the sign (at Morocco), but I believe it was for imports only and not domestic.

What I found truly amazing was that every kiosk had no less than 30 or so people waiting in line for food, beer, or wine. The only two kiosks that were not busy was the one representing Bangkok and the Margarita shack in Mexico.

So, BATWiT people...if you plan on having a beer at every kiosk - (a) bring lots of $$$...and (b) rent a wheelchair and have a designated pusher!! :rotfl2:

This is why I am bringing small cups for everyone. We can share the cost of beer by splitting one among 3 or 4 people, also allowing us to sample more types. Just relax, Deb, I'm on top of it.

You are the man with the plan!!! Just be warned....Al WON'T share!!!:rolleyes1

ETA: I added the 28th to our ressie so I could be there & be ready to meet up with BATWiT at 1300. Poor DH will be at work and will miss out on all the frivolity!! (Boo-hoo....NOT!) I'm mean!

WooHoo We are already here ! Willing and waiting !!

Dont forget to bring your hats :thumbsup2

Otters don't share either - but I might be persuaded to share

ETA: Yesterday my alcohol consumption was three 23 oz Harp at a bar, two Landsharks, two Harp bottles, three Bloody Caesars (strong ones) and two Harpoon Oktoberfest. From 1:00PM to 11PM. Good grief that's equivalent to 17.5 12oz bottles of beer figuring each bloody caesar had more than 2 shots in it. That averages out to 1.75 beers an hour for 10 hours. I'm ready......

The first three Harps were a problem though because I started to feel them since I hadn't eaten anything until midway through the second one.

Oh, and Touring Plans has that Thursday as a very low crowd day (4 out of 10) and Epcot as being the best park to go to on that day. Hopefully that means the crowds will be low so as to not interfere with out stumbling around!

If the crowds are anything like they were last night, stumbling won't be a problem. You'll just bounce off of someone and end up on your feet.
