battery help laptop

Just noticed that my battery is not charging on my lap top
it is only 4 months old so it is not dead

we have no power tomorrow so was just check that it was charged up it is at 3% all day

anyone know what to do

Hi Jackie, when ours wouldn't recharge there was a problem with the hole where the lead goes into on the laptop. It had to go back to Acer for a repair.
