Bathroom Remodel

I would go with #4. I normally don't like white subway tile but it makes sense with the age and character of your home. I would chrome bathroom fixtures like this https://www.vintagetub.com/randolph...aucet-porcelain-lever-handles-rmh302pl-s.html
For the mirror I'd choose a vintage style mirror like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Gatco-4689-C...lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

Another appropriate option would be a medicine cabinet like this: https://www.vintagetub.com/privy-pi...-medicine-cabinet-with-left-hinge-bh26wl.html

I’m still flip-flopping between light blue 4 1/4” wall tile and while subway for the walls.

Yes, I am doing chrome fixtures and a vintage style medicine cabinet. I really need to make the tile decision now as everything else is decided.

As much as I actually loved a few of the wallpaper samples, I decided to go with paint. I may eventually decide to add wallpaper but I want to live with the new version of the room for a bit before I add it.

With regard to tile the only I thing I would recommend you avoid are those HUGE tile slabs that now seem popular on TV home design shows. I think part of their popularity is that they take less labor to install and can install a large area in a relatively short period of time. The problem is that any uneven application of adhesive and/or settling of the floor or foundation is far more likely to make large tile crack compared to smaller ones. Color of tile is really a matter of personal preference which is partly why they make so many different colors/styles. In a bathroom, I would always choose a dark color of grout (not white) since any bit of dirt/mildew will show up more easily on white grout and be very difficult to keep clean.
