Stayed at OKW last year in a 2 bedroom, each room had its own private bathroom. Interested in a 1 bedroom for this year, not sure of the layout. Can the party using the sleep sofa enter the bathroom without going in to the bedroom? Is there a door to close for the bedroom but still allow the living room access to the toilet facilities? If not at OKW what about other DVC resorts? How comfortable is the sleeper sofas at the DVC resorts? Thanks you.

Buildings 30 and higher have a second bathroom entrance through the laundry room, the entrance from the master bedroom can be closed. Buildings 29 and under you have to go through the master bedroom. All the rooms at BWV, VWL & BCV have the 2 entrances into the bathroom.

My DD had the sleeper sofa at both BCV and OKW this trip, she found them fine at both resorts. At OKW we were unfortunately in one of the earlier built units ( block 15) and she did have to go through our bedroom if she needed the bathroom. Fortunately it wasn't something she needed to do very often at night( if at all) in the 5 days we were there. If possible I would request to be higher than block 30 if this is a possible issue with you. It wasn't until after Disney had built the first two swathes of OKW that the suggestion came in from the members that an alternate access from the living room would be a desirable design change. I'm pretty sure that all the other resorts have incorperated that change into their one bedroom units.
