Bath and Body Semi-Annual Sale

In the past and only at this time of year I have been able to get glycerine type soaps with some of the scents like sweet pea..have you seen those at your store? We love them

I know what you're talking about-- they are usually $1 during the big sales but I didn't see any in my store yesterday.

Honestly, I was disappointed in this sale (at least where I looked). There was only one 75% table and it didn't really have anything good-- just a bunch of loofahs and Christmas scented lotions. Usually there's skincare type stuff in there and other lotions, too.

I will agree here. Semi-Annual sales are in fact changing. It used to be a bunch of super cheap, mish-moshed awesomeness. (Are either of those words?) Now that's not so much the case. It's more or less the company still trying to phase a lot of stuff out. We had a few skin care items from the Bigalow line, but that was it.



As for the glycerin soaps..........................sorry to say, they are no more. Two sales ago was the last time we had them(my store). And we don't get them and will probably not be getting them ever again. (It makes no sense they sold like hot cakes)

Popping in to say what great sales staff we find no matter which store we go to. It is the only store DH actually loves to come to with me. I give him his own bag and he is patient as I look for what I want.
He loves it (I think) cause the staff chats with him and humors his silliness. He won't buy the anti bac soaps unles they are 4/$10 cause that's what they were the 1st time we bought them...well you know how often THAT happens.... so he must have a discussion about it with the sales staff whenever we go there...what good sprts they are!

Plus I love the products. Dancing Waters is my fav. scent
We'll be heading there soon...

I was dissapointed last year i went everywhere to try to find the soap i finally called head office they said they woulnt have them i paid a fortune on ebay to send to my mother in London as she loved them when visiting.

DD loved their vanilla shampoo and conditioners. But that was 2 yrs ago.

I got some Lambie stuff at 75% off--two lambie stuffed animals for the kids, a lambie keychain, and a lambie eye mask. So cute! I also got the polar bear and reindeer stuffed animal for 75%, so I can decorate my home for XMas without worrying about the kids breaking stuff. Total was about $13.

I didn't need any soap this time around. (Not that I really needed any of this stuff, though!)

So disappointed in this sale. I am hitting a store tomorrow and probably only getting 10 of the $3 foaming hand soaps. I have $10 off $30 survey coupon so $2 a piece.

Yes the signiture shampoo and conditioner are $3. But like the other product, I don't know what your local store will receive.

Last night when I was purchasing my lotions, I asked the lady if she would like my phone number now. She said, no I don't need it now. Then at the end of the transaction, I said, oh, you didn't get my phone number. She looked at me like she didnt' know what I was talking about. I said, you know my phone number for coupons. They always ask me for that. She said, oh, there was a line behind you so I didn't do it. Line? There were two cashiers and when I got in line there wasn't anyone behind me. When I finished there were only three people in line and two cahsiers. I was aggravated. Does it really make much of a difference if they take your number or not for coupons? do you really get a lot more? I was more aggravated because I offered her my number twice and she said that she would get it in a minute and the second time she acted like she didnt' know what I was talking about. What???

Sorry, but she just didn't feel like typing it in. If we are super busy, like on Black Friday or Boxing Day we are told not to do it. But on a normal day we actually have phone and e-mail capture goals.

It DOES make a difference when they take your number, but it has to be a home phone because it;s used for a reverse address look up. The reason they ask for it everytime, even you have already given to them is because it keeps tbas on what a certain address is spending. The more a number spends, the more likely and frequently they get coupons.

This semi annual has been dangerous for me! I do not normal buy anything on these sales but I am addicted to the sweet cinnamon pumpkin stuff (among others) and I have spent 90 bucks in 2 days!
