Does anyone have a stroller system that includes a bassinet, seat and car seat? This is for everyday and not necessarily for Disney trips.
If you do have the system would you please share the brand and a review? There are several brands and I'd like some direction. Thank-you.

Here are two DREAM stroller systems...

I want the Bugaboo when I have another baby - it will probably be my splurge. It might be something I never take out of the house because I never want it torn up - I might need that AND a cheapo stroller that gets food / crumbs / worn out! Haha!

But the Inglesina Classica Pram looks GORGEOUS.

Ooops... sorry - it does not include car seat. You know, Britax might include what you are looking for. Albee baby might be a place to look - follow the links I posted to the main site.

We have the stroll-air my duo (they make singles as well) and I absolutely LOVE it!

We have a Mia Moda Atmosphera. I bought it because we didn't want to take the Bob to WDW. It's a cheaper option. It flips both ways (so baby can face you or face out) and it can be converted to a bassinet (this feature was great at Disney).

You can get a Mia Moda carseat to make it a complete travel system. We didn't do that since our first time using it at WDW, DS was six-months old (and we didn't want to have to deal with the car seat at WDW).

i will say that it is bulky when it's folded up. it isn't so much thick as it is really long. our huge Bob takes up less space when folded.

Thank-you everyone.
sookie, I was looking at the Inglesina Classica. It has the old fashioned pram look that my daughter wants. It's also nice that it has the stroller seat attachment for later ( purchased separately). The only thing that kept me from buying it is the front wheels are fixed. It seems like it would be awkward to turn. Had to just laugh at that because when my older son was a baby, his stroller wheels were fixed too.

Probably the most I'd want to spend is $2000-$2500.

I also looked at the Orbit Baby G2 but my daughter said it was ugly. :)

I'm going to look at the all of the strollers you've posted about, thanks.

Can you adopt me? You have good taste.

:lmao:

Thanks! Unfortunately as far as the adoption goes, I'll have my hands full because my daughter will go back to school once the baby is born and I'll be the babysitter. Maybe in 18 years

Are they really fixed? Duh - I looked again, of course they are!
That seems ridiculous for an almost 900 stroller?! That thing should roll itself for crying out loud.

The bug-a-boo is pivoting and it is supposed to be amazing. It has so many add ons that it is completely custom to what you want / need.

Like I said - total third world problems - what would I want in my bug-a-boo? So many different things I don't even know what I want. I bet they have a whole catalog.

We almost got the bug-a-boo donkey stroller... That thing is AMAZING!!

The popular neighborhood strollers are the Bugaboo, Stokke, UppaBaby Vista (although the Cruz is becoming more popular) and Orbit. The Uppa Baby is my favorite (I returned an Orbit for it), either model is nice but the Vista will convert to a double if they plan on a 2nd baby soon. Most of my friends prefer the Bugaboo.

For toddlers there's a huge citi mini following.

I think this will be a once and done baby.:)
LOL, I thought that I had narrowed down the choices to a few but the list is expanding again after looking at y'all's suggestions.
Might have to go to Baton Rouge to let her see and get the feel of the strollers. New Orleans just does not have a lot of nice baby stores anymore since Katrina. :(

Sookie, I agree-crazy not to have pivoting wheels. I'm being stalked by stroller and maternity ads on every page here. :rotfl:

Since you want the bassinet you can't go wrong with the Bugaboo or Uppa Baby Vista. I used a separate stroller frame for the car seat (just easier imo than dealing with a car seat adapter on my regular stroller). Either way you can't go wrong. I'd check out the colors, that may be the deciding factor, they both ride well.

Thanks so much for the Inglesina information. Does your Inglesina have the removable carriage? I'm wondering if the newer models with detachable bassinet and seat are easier to handle.

I saw the Emmaljunga pram too but they won't sell in the US anymore. Even their European online dealers cannot sell to anyone in the US.

My daughter and I are going to Baton Rouge in a couple of weeks to look at some of the strollers mentioned in the thread. She's 4'11" and I want her to get a feel for them.
