I was wondering if anyone has done the character breakfast at Baskervilles in the Grosvenor resort ? It looks like a nice place. I wondered if the food was good and how the character interaction was. Thanks for any help. :goodvibes

Still hoping for help with this. :goodvibes Wondering if it a good or bad sign no one seems to have any info on this. If no one else goes might be less crowded. :goodvibes

We have stayed at Grosvenors and really enjoyed it.
The character bkfast for us was awesome, lots of time with the characters as it wasn't crowded at all. We pretty much had Pluto and Goofy to ourselves a lot of the time. The food isn't bad, pretty standard buffet stuff though.

I would say go...but there seems to be quite a few that don't care for the Grosvenor. We had a great tower room and really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at the Grosvenor 3/04. We ate at the character meal and it was the WORST experience ever :furious: . I am not a picky eater (I am "fluffy" to prove it :rolleyes1 ) but the food was nasty! I could not eat it.....the server ended up comping our meal. The only two characters were Dectective Goofy and Pluto. Typical character interaction. The poor quality of the food ruined the experience.

We did the Character Meal in 04/04 and loved it! Goofy and Pluto spent tons of time with us. The food was fine - hot and cooked (sometimes buffets are cold and gross). The other thing I liked was that you didn't have to do the buffet. You could order a regular breakfast off the menu - which we did for my dd since she was younger and didn't eat that much at the time. I also had an entertainment book coupon and we got our buffet two for one.

Thank you all so much for the info. I was beginning to think on one had done this meal. Thanks I like getting different opinions before I make my decision. :goodvibes

willis please post you results. We are thinking of staying at this hotel I would love to hear any input.
