basic white bread

for one and a half pound machine

8 ounces of water 90-100 degrees.feel it and use it warm
2 3/4 cups of bread flour...I like King Arthur
2 tablespoons of dry milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons of bread yeast....I use red star
put in your machine according to your own directions

this is a very easy recipe....but make sure you measure
