I am looking at planning my first trip "home"--this is the question. I am confident that I and one family member will be able to go at the time I am contemplating--however, there is a possibility that by the time the trip rolls around another family member may be available to join us. Since we will most likely get either a studio or one bedroom, having one extra person (for a total of three) won't be an occupancy problem. But do I have to list all three names at the time of making the reservation? Or can I add someone later as long as I am under the maximum occupancy? Thanks.

You can add a name at a later date. If you are getting a dining plan, I would be sure to add the name several days prior to arrival.

You can add additional names later.

There have been rumors (stress RUMORS) that DVC may alter the policy at some point. But even if they do they will have to give members a heads-up to allow them to make adjustments to current reservations before the new policy goes into effect.

Note that these rumors have been making the rounds for at least a year now and have yet to bear fruit. So take them with a large-sized grain of salt.
