Basic Package?

Long, complicated situation. We are planning on going Christmas week. I may need Park tickets, might not. Can I book a package with tickets now and modify it to a basic package (is this still a thing?) if I end up not needing the tickets so that I don’t have to worry about canceling and rebooking the room?

Yes. If you call and get a CM that doesn't know how to handle taking tickets off the package, ask to speak with someone in guest services. Basic package is still a "thing"!

I think you can book room only with no tickets, and then if you need tickets later on, you can add them. Just so you don't lose your dates.
