Baseball bench: 250 crredits
Baseball Base: 250 credits
Baseball room: 2000 credits

I didn't see the baseball bat spinner, though

To buy the room click on "Shop" and use the tab at the top to take you to the available rooms. Just scroll through the rooms until you see the new baseball field.

Rooms are not tradable, sorry.

Nope, you are right, this is the first purchasable room over 500 credits

I had that issue also. I was able to close the shop window and open it again and it worked then.

melp- try logging in again, that happen to me a long time and i had to restart again then it worked

I have tried this several times as well as logging completely out of VMK and signing in. I am unable to buy any rooms I guess I can only hope that this room is sold for awhile and the glitch stops for me

It will probably stop being a glitch for you in a while. I've had this problem too.
