I am trying to locate information on bars within WDW and where smoking is allowed. I am staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and I'm just trying to find where it is that I might enjoy a Scotch and a cigar in the evening.

I believe that Jellyrolls is the ONLY bar on property (on the Boardwalk) that allows smoking since it's not owned by Disney. It's a dueling piano bar that's (IMHO) the best drinking spot in WDW!!! Cover charge is $8 and it's open 7p-2a - pianos start at 8p.

The BelleVue Room at the Boardwalk has Scotch and cigars. I believe there's an outdoor patio just for that purpose. The Rose & Crown has a scotch tasting, which my husband enjoyed last time we were there.
It is a Florida law that you can not smoke indoors at restaurants and bars. The only exceptions are standalone bars (not connected to a restaurant). If the bar does serve food it has be below a certain potential of total revenues. If a restaurant/bar has an outdoor seating area, you can smoke there.
Restaurants/bars that I can think of that has this...
1. Wolfgangs
2. House of Blues
3. Bongo's
4. Fulton
5. Portbello Yahct Club
6. Pool Bars
There is also a cigar store in Downtown Disney-Westside. not sure if they serve drinks or not.
I know AC is non-smoking (and was years before the statewide ban), and I am fairly certain the other clubs are as well. Can't recall ever seeing anyone smoking in a PI club. Actually, I guess the old Jazz Club did (I remember they sold cigars), but that has certainly changed now that it is a restaurant.
