For those of you in the area, this is what I found Friday. They had the Pioneer brand 5 x 7 albums with four different covers (three floral and plain light turquoise) for $3.98. That is cheaper than a pack of page refills for that size!! I had just bought an album that exact same size/brand earlier in the week at Michael's. (The album at Michael's was $8.99 and the refill pack was $3.99.) I bought like 9 or so albums. I figure some of them I will just end up using the pages for refills for the others.

They also had a few 8 1/2 x 11 albums. One was a vinyl cover in a plaid design that said "Family Ties" on it. The other was a navy/red plaid fabric cover. They were $4.98 each.

These are all postbound albums. I have used the Pioneer brand covers almost exclusively since I started scrapping. They are basic but sturdy.

Thought you might like to know...........................P

If you are looking to buy many albums it may be worth it for you. I wouldn't bother for just one or two. Wouldn't it be well over an hour's drive for you?? (Admittedly, it is a 45++ minute drive for me, but I hit lots of other stores in the area.) It is exit 7 off the Everett Turnpike. Since you would presumably be coming from the North (off 101??) take the exit where you see the AC Moores and Bob's Store plaza on your right. (not sure if this is 7a or 7b). Take a right at the light and head up maybe a mile or two. The Building #19 is on the right (there is a light at the intersection).

Good luck if you decide to shop!....................P
