We took a quick tour at Barefoot in the Keys last November. It looked new.. had a small pool , most of the units were 2 story cottage style.. with a definate Key west style. The staff.. a couple. were very, very nice, they even let us look inside. It was nicely decoated, and not as large as some timeshares in the area. Parking seemed strange. As for Grand Lake, it is an older hotel that has been made into timeshare.. or at least that is what it looks like. I'd choose Barefoot any time, if it seemed like a good deal.. and I'd steer away from Grand Lake at any cost.
