Barbershop - what I'd child chickens out?

I am planning to make reservations for my girls to have their first haircuts during our trip. The 2 year old will be fine, but I am worried the 4 year old may chicken out. She goes back and forth about wanting to get her hair cut. Is there some sort of "no show" fee (even though we won't actually be no shows)?

I don't know if the issues is that the 4 year old likes her longer hair, but it will grow faster and thicker if she trims it. I don't know if there is a "no show" feel but they did use to cut adults hair. You might jump in and get your hair cut if she doesn't.
