Bar reopenings

Since the Florida governor is allowing bars to reopen on September 14th, does anyone know if free-standing bars at WDW resorts will reopen any time soon?

Which bars? Many of the bars have been open, particularly some at Disney Springs and the pool bars at the hotels. The Florida rule only seemed to affect Jock Lindsey's, then they came up with the work around because they do actually sell some food there. Trader Sam's will probably not be opening though, because Poly is mostly closed through next summer. Only DVC is open right now. Plus, it's really hard to socially distance at Trader Sam's. Some of the other hotel bars may have the same issue due to them being small.

I was thinking about the bar at the Turf Club at SSR, the Outer Rim Lounge at the CR, and the Tambu Lounge and ones like that.

I know Tambu Lounge is open (but with very limited seating near the bar - although a lot of people order to go and find a place to sit in the lobby).

Outer Rim is still closed. No announcements about it opening.

Nothing said about it opening. I doubt it will open. It probably won't open until Tusker House does, since it's their bar. I wish it would open too.

We love getting Bloody Mary’s from Dawa and giant cinnamon rolls and quiche from Kusafiri Bake Shop next door... breakfast of champions!

We have been known to stalk Dawa until they opened and had a couple of drinks while the kiddo ate one of the cinnamon rolls from Kusafiri. We usually stole a few bites too.

The Enchanted Rose at the Grand Floridian was open on Labor Day.
