bar prices at signature restaurants?

I am trying to figure out my food budget for our trip in 2 weeks. I was wondering if anyone can recall the liquor prices at the table service restaurant, preferably the signature ones? Just curious to know what the average price is for say Absolut, Belvedere or Patron to see if it is marked up dramatically or pretty standard

A year ago (the most recent menu I have), Belvedere at the Flying Fish was $8.25.

1) Yes, marked up pretty well.
2) Top Shelf is $7.00-$9.00 each.
