What is the name of the bar in/near the 50's Primetime Cafe? Is there a seperate entrance for it, or do you go in the same door as the main cafe? I've heard you can order the full meal menu there as well. Is that true?

Thanks!

It's the Tune-In Lounge. There's a separate entrance in front, or you can enter through 50's Prime Time Cafe.

I've seen people order food at the bar. But I'm not sure if it's the full menu.

There's only a few seats at the bar. The rest of the lounge is used as a waiting room, and not suitable for eating. It's usually packed during lunch/dinner hours. So I wouldn't count on getting a seat at the bar.

Here's two articles from StudiosCentral:

Each time we have been there it has been packed. Like fight your way up to the bar just to get a drink packed. This was at 5:30 and 7pm.

We had a lunch ADR at 50's last year. When we arrived early for our ADR we were easily able to find seats at the bar while waiting for our table. There was a couple there eating at that time.
I agree however, it is a small bar and I would not count on being able to get a seat at the bar without a long wait.
There is a separate door to the Tune In Lounge.
Have a Great Trip

You can order their pb&j milkshake from the bar. :thumbsup2

My children and I ducked out of a rain shower one evening, into the bar there. We ordered some drinks and there were 3 stools right there at the bar. The bartender ("Mo") was so nice, he asked if we wanted to have a bite to eat (it was really raining!) so we ordered from the full menu (son had a kids hot dog, daughter and I shared the fried chicken, and since we were sharing, they were so nice and actually brought us two plates, one each, with chicken and sides for each of us). It was very fun!

So, you can order at the bar, if you get a barstool. It is very relaxing, and the food was delicious! I got the kids the glow drinks, and we still have the cubes in our freezer (they say that is the best to keep them working) and they still work after about 5 years.

Hope this helps.

:offtopic: I read in the review posted above you can get drinks to go from the Tune In. Is that possible if you're eating at '50s? I'm planning on eating there one night in March and the drinks look yummy but I imagine I'd be too full to drink one there. Getting one to go would be perfect.
