Baptism... Gifts???

My best friends daughter was baptised on Sunday. They live in RI and we are in S. Florida. We obviously didn't get to go, just found out about it last week. She wanted to have me be the God Mother but because we are so far away it just isn't practical.

So my question is... I NEED to get something in the mail to her. What type of things do you give for a Baptism? I have bought her stuff from Things Remembered when the baby was born, but I don't know if I should do that agian. Or get her something else... just a card? money for her college fund? I have NO IDEA...

Toddler/Childrens Bible
Christian books for children, some musical
cross necklace
money
figurine
stain glass cross for window
children christian cds

We usually give something like this and then for any Godchildren we have add a savings bond. While gifts are often given, they aren't usually terribly expensive or elaborate. A nice card would even be appropriate.
