Excellent news!! Did you hear back from VMK? I am so scared of getting that 10 year ban. Not sure what I'd do if I lost VMK....

No, actually what happened is her computer was banned, not GrapeWillow. Her father called up the Internet Provider, and cancelled the internet. Later, he put it back up. VMK worked again, lol
