I have 251 point in my Aug. 2022 UY. Do I just have to use them before 8/2023? I wasn't supposed to bank them before 8/2022 was I?

I think you need to bank before end of Jan 2023. You can confirm this by logging onto DVC account or by giving them a call.

If you have an Aug use year and you mean the use year that begins Aug 1, 2022, then you have until July 31, 2023 to use the points in that Aug 2022 use year. Alternatively, you can bank them by no later than March 31, 2023 into your Aug 2023 use year. If banked, they will then be usable for a trip that occurs between Aug 1, 2023 and July 31, 2024.
