banking timeframes?

a little confused as i'm learning about this (waiting on the paperwork in the mail)...if i have a june 04 to june 05 use year with 160 points, and i am not going to use any of my points until september 2005, when do i have to bank the 2004-2005 points by so i don't lose anything? do i have until the may 31 2005 to bank them forward?

You have 6 months to bank 100% of your points. Therefore, with a June Use Year, you have until November 30 to bank all of the points into the next Use Year.

thank you...and what do you lose if you wait 7 months, or 11 months, for example?

In months 7-9 of your Use Year you can bank up to 50% of the total points that you own.

In month 10 of your Use Year you can bank up to 25% of the total points you own.

After 10 months, you cannot bank points. If they are not used, they are forfeit.
