Banking points online

Has anyone been able to bank points online recently? When I click on 'bank points' the screen just sits there and nothing happens. So I decided to just call but the DVC recording told me my wait time was 25 mins; that's just way too long for me. Any ideas? TIA

I was able do bank my points for August no problem the other night. It was a little confusing at first and went through a few screens but it was painless. Good luck.
