Banking points on website??

Hi there! I am a new DVC owner, with a June Use Year. I thought I banked my 2011 points on dvcmember.com last week, but today I realized I never received the email about it. I went on the website today and it still looks like the points aren't banked, so I tried again. Still no email...Does anyone have experience with banking points online? Should it be an immediate transaction, or is the lag time common? I'm glad I checked since I only have until the end of the month to bank them. Any help would be appreciated!

I just looked. I banked my points on 11/30 , and got an email confirmation that day. I printed out the statement. You can always call MS if you are having a problem. I know I got a confirmation number right away that I wrote down. Are you getting one of those?

No, I'm not getting a confirmation number. It takes me to a new screen that looks like it should have some sort of message, but the center part of it is blank (if that makes any sense). I will call Member Services, as you suggested.

The current "online" banking is really just a method to create a form e-mail to MS, and MS manually works those "online" requests as they have time. It is possible they have been busy and not worked it yet, but calling would be a good idea.

Now, DVC says they will start true, real-time online booking mid Jan 2012...
 

I have banked my points online and did receive instant notification that it occurred and I thought it even updated my account when I refreshed.

If you are not getting that, I would give MS a call.
 
Make sure that you go to the end and get the acceptance screen. If you don't complete all of the screens the process aborts.
