banking points on-line

unsure what I am doing wrong but I thought you could bank points on line. sure I did it last year can anyone help

I did it about 6-8 weeks ago, so I know you could do it at that time. It was very, very smooth and I got a great email confirmation right away.

A couple of weeks/months ago, some people reported problems with their accounts after banking points online so it's possible they have temporarily disabled this feature to fix a bug. I know there have been a few times when I logged in to the members' website and saw a message that online banking was not available.

I couldn't use the feature either. But I thought it was because we had not officially "closed." The website, however, said my email was incorrect which it wasn't.

I am just not sure. . .I will be calling MS to bank.

Ali and boyz, I tried this last night. You probably already know this, but I thought I'd post it for anyone who hadn't seen it yet. Today there is a message on the site:

Currently, Disney Vacation Club is not allowing Vacation Points banking activity online for any contracts for administrative purposes. To bank points please call member services at [the DIS filters the number for MS].

The message wasn't up last night.
Disney's websites in general leave much to be desired.
