I only know what I was told. I could imagine they might be flexible enough to allow it again. But I can tell you I don't plan to test that theory.

You are right that it is a one time exemption during the whole contract period. I called to bank points because we were late too. They told me that I had already done it in 2006 and would not be able to do it again.
