Banking/Borrowing SOS!

Posting on behalf of my parents the actual members--

29 points were banked from the 2019 Use Year into 2020 Use Year (December).
We had gained 230 points in Dec for 2020 use year, and had 259 points.
We just booked a 50 point studio stay for July.
It says we have 209 points available (makes sense), but only 180 points available to bank. What gives?? Shouldn't the 50 point reservation have pulled from the 29 points banked first, and then only used 21 from Use Year 2020, leaving 209 available to bank?

Are we missing something...

That is what should have happened. Double check points activity statement to see exactly what happened.

That should tell you for sure. It’s possible that id you log out and in it will update correctly. That has happened to me.

This assumes there is only one contract for the points. If more than one, you want to be sure all are chosen when booming.
